Localvore Recipes

For the last five years Evolution Marketing has included a recipe on our holiday cards.   In order for a recipe to be considered for the holiday card it needed to be (1) delicious, (2) be able to source some ingredients locally in the winter season, and (3) be something that members of our team make on a regular basis (i.e. meaning we have perfected it!)

Below is a listing of the last four years of recipes, each recipe contains a photo of what the food item should look like.   We hope that you enjoy the recipes and have a wonderful holiday season!

* = Localvore (or locavore) is a person who makes an effort to eat food that is grown, raised, or produced locally, usually within 100 – 150 miles of home. At the Evolution Marketing office we make it a priority to support local farmers who are engaged in sustainable agricultural farm management practices. Image on the cover is a photograph of carrots grown in our organic garden.
